Greetings

I've been on sort of a roll lately in the craft room. I think it's because I finally have things organized enough that I can function again. Also some of my "extracurricular" activities like softball are winding down so I have more time. I'm working on a series of greeting cards that I could possibly sell in packs of 10 in a local venue. I'm trying to keep it fairly simple so that I'm not investing more time than it's worth. The theme I have in mind is sort of an earthy-vintage. Don't worry, I know what I mean. :) Here are a couple prototypes:
The deal with the first one is that I had just gotten the Guidelines set from PTI in the mail and was playing around with layering a couple of the tiles (hence the green and orange "flowers"). I like the second one a lot better. It uses patterned paper from the "Old World" stack by DCWV stamped with "Birds Galore" from Inkadinkado.
hello:
CS and KP - paperandmore.com; PP - Old World Stack (DCWV); stamps - Guidelines (PTI), Paper Tray (PTI); ink - Palette hybrid and Colorbox chalk; rafia - Michaels.
just because:
CS and KP - paperandmore.com, Martha Stewart (aqua oval); PP - Old World Stack (DCWV); stamps - Paper Tray (PTI), Birds Galore (Inkadinkado); ink - Colorbox chalk; rafia - Michaels.
